In my opinion I would say drivers should not be able to look on their cell phone while their driving on the road because it dangerous and you could injure people all around you,when a person is walking across the road and your on your cell phone an accident can happen.

When your on your cell phone it will be hard to steer the wheel around fast with only just a hand on the steering wheel. When your on your cell phone and turning you can hit another car,poles,trees,a signs,fences and other car’s.

If a friend of yours text you don't look at it because it distracts you from all the cars and the road and can cause a big problem for every one that's driving. You can be risking your life just for a text or phone call.When you  park somewhere you can answer a text or a phone call because your not driving on the road any more.

Conclusion-Do you agree with me why you shouldn’t be on your cell phone while your driving in the middle of a road.
