Mr Mc's teacher project

These are my thoughts about Mr Mc’s use of
different maths apps during learning time.

First of all I really got to be an expert at using
Number pieces. I like this app because we could
record what maths we choose and we could make
a code so if another person wants to borrow your
Number piece you give them the code.

I also liked the Number line app because we can
do lots of big jumps and we can change the
Number line to hundreds,thousands,tens and
even under one like decimals.

My Greatest Holiday!

On the 9th October (Wednesday) my mum told me that we were going to go to a snow mountain,Taupo,skyline and hot relaxing spas. My mum also said that we will be waking up at 3am on Thursday. I was a bit shocked that we needed to wake up so early but I started packing some luggage inside a strong bag the night before.

I packed a bottle with water,swimming gear,shoes,clothing and some food. When it was dinner time we had rive,pork,beans and broccoli. Then when I finish my meal I went to bed and slept. At 3am my alarm went beep beep beep and I woke up,got changed in warm cosy clothes,brushed my teeth and ate some break fast. My family got in the car and waited for our cousins. When our cousins arrived,we drove down the motorway past Hamilton and down south. When we arrived I was so exited,after six hours in the car waiting.

I wore non - slippery shoes,a big coat,beanie and gloves. I picked up snow and threw it on my dad and he came chased me. My dad helped me make a snow man and we left it there. I will never forget this Holiday!
