The time I fell off my bike

The time I fell off my bike

I was 7 years old, living in New Zealand.  My dad and I could see the
sunny heart, warming (sun rising). I was riding my navy blue and light pink
bike around the driveway. My dad shouted, “Come inside now!” I replied
“okay!”. I felt the trees swishing side to side.

Sometime later I was riding my bike back into the small overflowed garage.
My right foot accidentally slipped and I felt a shock  coming from my leg…
SIZZLE. When I tried to stand up my legs were burning, I went back inside
as fast as I could. I was able to get inside, I told my dad that I fell off my
bike and I got a few scratches along with some bruises.

The scratches had a little bit of dark maroon blood coming out very slowly.
My dad asked me how it happened and I told him when I was putting my
bike away my left leg slipped and I crashed! Whenever I get an injury my
dad is always really worried, sometime later my amazing dad went to get
the cooling mint cream

I could smell toasted  golden sandwiches in the small, crowded, cramped
kitchen, when my dad came back I applied the mint cream on my scratches.
The burn was blazing up my leg,  it didn't feel like anything but I could feel
my blazing leg cooling down. After a few days my leg was fully fixed and
healed. The next day I felt like riding my bike again so I hopped on and
started riding like how I always used to do. Hopefully I don't come
crashing down again.

Conclusion
I never ever want to fall off my bike again!

My invention

A large toy company has asked you to invent a new toy for children.
It can be a completely original toy or an improved version of a toy that
already exists. Write a page explaining what your toy is and how it works.

Plan your writing and think about:
  • What kind of toy do you want children to buy?
  • Is it something that encourages their imagination and creativity?
  • Does it help them to learn or practice a skill?
  • What are the 3 most important parts on your toy? What are these called?
  • What does each part do?
  • Can children play with your toy alone, or do they need friends to play?
Candy gun

Candy gun: This candy gun works by pulling the lever with
your finger to activate the candy shooting out, you can
also put any kind of candy in, as long it can fit inside the
size of the gun you get. When your friends come they can
play around with the candy gun and you can also switch the
candy out with something else in the storage container of
the candy gun. I recommend this candy gun to anyone,
even adults. I also recommend adults to make sure kids or
anyone else aren't messing around with it because all it
takes to shoot something out is almost like pressing a
button. The 3 most important parts of the candy gun is
the lever so that when you pull the lever the item you put
in comes out the handle so you can hold it instead of
carrying the candy gun and the storage is also very
important. Storage is very important because if there
wasn't storage the candy gun wouldn't shoot anything out.
Make sure to be safe while playing with the candy gun so
that they can stay safe.

How does it work?

Parts of a scissor

Part 3
Write your draft. Include a title, introduction, conclusion and 2 to 3 main
paragraphs to explain how your object works.
How does a scissor work? A scissor is used to cut paper out and the blades
on the scissor help you by cutting straight and so the paper doesn't rip
straight off.

Part 4
Title: How scissors are useful, how does it work
How do scissors work? A scissor is designed to split paper and the blades on the scissor help by cutting straight so the paper doesn't rip straight off.
Scissors are usually used for cutting something out and for art. Adults and kids both use this for similar reasons. Scissors are designed from different parts, most of the scissors are made out of steel, specifically carbon steel, while others are made out of stainless steel. Usually scissors are coated with nickel or chromium to prevent rusting.
Scissors work by two blades that are sharp like a sharpened knife. The blades are set up so when you squeeze the handles the pointy blades meet each other and cross very slow Scissors are useful because if we didn't have scissors we wouldn't be able to cut and it would be a mess.
